Green but nutty beans
Such an easy and tasty way to serve green beans. Just fry them in a little olive oil for a couple of minutes, and add toasted and skinned hazelnuts and a little lemon zest. Goes with everything!
- green beans
- hazelnuts, roasted in a dry pan for a few minutes, then skinned and chopped
- lemon zest
- Maldon salt and pepper
Fry the bens in a little olive oil for 3-4 minutes. Towards the end, add the hazelnuts, the lemon zest and salt and pepper.
